The eyeglasses company Capital Eyewear has created a very limited edition (25 pairs) of these rare and precious handmade shades. The sunglasses are truly a piece of history since they are made using reclaimed wood from 1,000+ year-old redwood trees which were cut down to build a railroad bridge in the 1800′s. The age of the wood gives it a very distinct reddish brown rings that are extremely close together.
