Noumenon “Tridulum” 2012 spring summer is a 3D printed collection.

The brand started in 2011 and was created by Tri Nouio, a young Taiwanese fashion designer. He studied at Shih Chien University, and graduated in 2011. His collections are entirely produced and designed in Taiwan. For the 2012 spring summer, he created a collection of super minimal garments with 3D prints.

A Combination of Technology and Art

Noumenon’s garments combine art, technology and fashion in the use of 3D imagery on fabric. The futuristic aesthetics and classic silhouettes mashup creates an unique signature style.

3D Motifs Influenced by Nature

“The image is easier to convey than the message”, Tri Nouio says, “so I adapted 3D technology to develop motifs influenced by nature for my collection. This piece have been developed by combining the familiarity of nature with new technology and is intended as an ironic statement that modern technology cannot protect nature. Worn with 3D glasses, it is intended to be a distraction from the human form.”
