A dress constructed with embedded LEDs that display tweets

The latest creation of the duo Cute Circuit is a Twitter dress, made from french silk chiffon and embelished with 3,000 glittering Swarovski crystals. The wearable technologic garment was constructed with embedded LEDs that display tweets. It recharges via USB.

Tweets scrolled across the dress worn by singer Nicole Scherzinger

Unveiled during a recent event to launch a new 4G network from wireless company Everything Everywhere at Battersea Power Station  in London, Tweets scrolled across the dress worn by singer Nicole Scherzinger (an ex-pussy doll). Cute Circuit sent out a call to the singer’s fans to tweet messages with the hashtag “tweetthedress” or via direct message to the @EE Twitter account. The messages were immediately displayed by the dress during the event.

In the video below you can see a brief clip of the dress receiving tweets in real-time as it’s worn.
