A launch at the Fashion Library – Biblioteca della Moda – Milan

FashionLab has been launched in Italy on May 24, in the amazing Bibliotecca della Moda in Milan, during a media event.

Biblioteca della Moda

The Fashion Library -  Biblioteca della Moda – is the most important fashion archive  in Europe. This is the plase where fashion lovers can consult, sell or buy books. There, you can find many Italian and International fashion magazines, trend books, prints and catalogues from the second part of 1800 until today.
When you enter this place, you feel like entering an Apartment: this is cozy, with a sofa and a kitchen, and very prestigious at the same time. We heard that this is THE place where people come to meet and dialogue during the fashion weeks.

Diego Valisi

Diego Valisi, managing director of the Fashion Library is a key player in the fashion area. He has developed his whole career in the fashion world, starting at Bocconi University, working for key media company  such as Conde Nast Italia-Milan, Vogue Man, Vogue Textiles, Vogue Sport, Fashion Media… He also founded a company for consultancy, communication and events in the Fashion Industry. Today Diego Valisi made his Fashion ‘Apartment’ the place where the fashion community meets. FashionLab was honored to be welcomed and introduced by Diego Valisi for the Italian launch.
